You’re a goddess!! The official CitiBike website is terrible for information, and the response time (from Lyft) to questions is unacceptable. They finally (3 1/2 weeks later, after multiple requests) responded, but you gave me far more information than they did. I asked specifically about “keyes”, because I received no info about them, and they didn’t even address that in their response. Again, THANK YOU!!!
